FAQ and troubleshooting

The assistant asks which project I mean. Several names matched. Reply with the one you want.

I can't create a project. Only project managers can. Check your role in Roles and permissions.

The project is stuck on Pending. The talent hasn't accepted yet.

I can't log hours. The task must be Ongoing, you must be the assigned talent, and logging only appears when timesheets are on.

A linked tool says "Connect your account" or "no access". Connect it in Settings → Integrations, and check you have access to that board or project in the tool itself.

The assistant says a tool "is not connected to this project". Link it first: Link a project.

Slack doesn't reply. Check Settings → Integrations → Slack shows Connected, and reconnect if not.

My MCP client gets "Insufficient scope". Reconnect it and approve both scopes: Connect Claude.
