Link a project to an external tool

Project managers, plus admins and super admins in project manager mode. Each project can link one entity per tool.

1. Connect the tool in Settings → Integrations (once).
2. Open the project's tracking page, and in the integrations sidebar choose the tool and the entity (board, project, file).
3. Or pick the tool while creating the project, or ask the assistant: "Link this project to the Monday board Q4 Launch."

Talent can then see the linked data in the sidebar. Linking is a local action in Artish and never changes anything in the other tool.

If you link while the project is still Pending, some tools finish setting up once the talent accepts.
