Hey ARTIES,
Toye here. As we ease out of private beta into a public-private beta, we’re gradually ramping up user access and feature availability. For the next 4 weeks, we’re opening free accounts to new users with no commitment and no paywalls.
To recap: ARTISH is an agentic project-enablement tool for structuring the chaos of creative workflows. We understand that creative teams are apprehensive about the impact of AI on the taste-based work they do, work that requires humanity and empathy. And as a company built on the trust of creatives, we know better than to join the AI slopaganda.
What we do know is that creative teams often struggle under the weight of missed deadlines, lack of structure, no single source of truth for research and references, delayed invoices, and a long list of workflow gaps that cause projects to break down. ARTISH is simply a tool to fix those gaps, whether you’re running a creative agency or a creative team inside a larger organization.
Where we are today: ARTISH V1.1
Project Command Center — One place to run your internal teams and external contractors. Invite collaborators, create and send project assignments, accept gig requests, and keep everything moving without switching tabs or losing the thread.
Milestone-Linked Invoicing — Bill the way creative work actually moves. Tie invoices to project milestones or completion, whichever fits the engagement, so payment is never a separate conversation you have to chase.
Invoice & Contract Management — Full lifecycle visibility from draft to paid. No more chasing payment statuses across inboxes and spreadsheets.
Prompt-Led Project Setup — Describe what you’re building. ARTISH structures it. Brief-to-briefed in minutes, not an afternoon.
Smart Task Board — Auto-prioritised columns (Today, This Week, Awaiting Review) so your team always knows what’s live and what’s next.
Encrypted Messaging — Private, context-aware conversations that stay inside the project, not scattered across email threads.
AI Form Autofill — Skip manual data entry. ARTISH reads your inputs and populates the fields.
Project Tracking & Comments — Real-time status updates and threaded feedback attached to the work, not buried in a chat.
Context-Aware File Uploads — Attach files where they belong, inside the active project, at the right stage, visible to the right people.
Project Groups & Folders — Visibility across connected projects for agencies running multiple clients at once.
Organisation Support — Team invitations, project groups, and role-based access that scales with your team structure.
Global Search — Projects, tasks, gigs, invoices, messages, contacts. Everything findable from one bar.
Notification System — Role-aware alerts so the right person hears about the right update and nothing falls through.

What’s Coming
Agent-Ready Infrastructure (MCP) — ARTISH becomes a node in your AI stack. Connect agents, automate workflows, and let your tools talk to each other with no manual handoffs required.
Third-Party Integrations — Slack, email, and the rest of your existing toolchain, connected directly to your project layer.
Mobile App + Smart Bots — ARTISH wherever you are. Project updates, file summaries, and notifications delivered through WhatsApp, Slack, or Teams, wherever your team already lives.
Automated Status Digests — Weekly email summaries of project progress, sent automatically. No one has to write the update.
Advanced Analytics — Project performance dashboards and spend insights across your whole client portfolio.
Discover Talent Marketplace — Browse and shortlist creatives with side-by-side comparisons, without the referral guesswork.

One more thing before we go.
ARTISH is not a generation model or a language model. We use a proprietary architecture combining natural language processing and vector embedding with LLM integration for form autofills. We’re not absolving ourselves of the responsibility to protect the environment, build sustainably, or keep humans at the centre of creativity. But with market shifts like Disney winding down most of its in-house visual team in favour of contractor-led, per-project operations, we’re hoping small teams and especially indie teams can move faster, build more efficiently, and thrive in a world where capital sometimes moves faster than heart.
Welcome to the future of work.
Sincerely,
The Founding Collective
Toye & Steven
