Hey ARTIES,
Steven here.
Last month we walked you through three things we shipped — MCP, Smart Bots on WhatsApp and Slack, and our first batch of third-party integrations. This month's update is shorter but no less real: a couple of integrations are live, one's in testing, and one big one is officially on the way. We're also currently testing our product messaging with this video, and would genuinely love to know what lands and what doesn't.
Figma is live
Design files are now part of the same referencing layer as everything else — no more jumping tabs to check whether a comment got addressed or a frame got updated.
Google Drive: pick your own root
You can now select a root folder in Google Drive and choose exactly which folders ARTISH reads from and writes to at the MCP level. This means project referencing, file logging, and read/write actions all respect the folder structure you already have, instead of asking you to reorganise around us.

BugHerd is up, and we need your eyes on it
This one's a shout out: BugHerd was a direct ask from Shawn, CEO of Forge & Smith, and it's live now. We're testing it extensively on our end, but the fastest way this gets solid is real usage — if you hit anything weird, tell us. Community feedback is genuinely most of how we catch what internal testing misses.
Kantata is coming
This is the big one, and it didn't come out of a whiteboard session — it came out of conversations with the team at 123 West. Janet, who runs project reports and budget tracking day to day, needs Kantata data inside the same layer as everything else instead of a separate tool half her team doesn't fully use. And Scot's been frustrated with timesheet tools for years — not just at 123 West, across the industry — because none of them make time tracking feel like it belongs to the rest of the workflow.
So we're building the Kantata integration. But it's also the first step toward something bigger: native, invoice-linked time tracking inside ARTISH itself. Log time against a project, and it feeds straight into the milestone invoicing flow that's already live — no separate tool, no chasing, no forgotten bill.
More on that as it takes shape.
What this means in practice
Same idea as always: ARTISH shouldn't be a tab you remember to check, or a tool that only does part of the job. Thanks to everyone who's told us where those gaps are — keep it coming.
Sincerely, The Founding Collective,
Toye & Steven
